Start off by saying hello, im pretty new to smoking only been smoking for about 2 years thought i should stop lurking around here and become a member after using all the tips and tricks,lol.  this forum has helped so much, i plan on hearing  from you guys in the future with any problems i have, thanks in advance

oh yea i use a low $ smoker chargriller/side fire box with custum tuning plates lowered internal stack, dual thermometers, and insulated

Thanks everyone for the welcoming me here, I'm already looking at some new smokes,  I'm looking at this Mad Hunkys brine for pork, every thing i read says its awesome i am guessing they are referring to the chicken brine? i usually use Italian salad dressing, salt, onion, garlic. could some one give me to low down on taste of this hunky brine is it sweet,spicy,salty?  I just want to make sure its something right for me
