Stumbled across your great little community of cooking friends here a few weeks ago, and have been hooked ever since! Been smoking foods for quite some time now in an old bar b chef side box, and a new braunfels el dorado. Just purchased a new traeger from our now closing sportsmans wearhouse for a great price. Allready done babybacks, pork loin, and brisket in it, venturing into the fattie tonight for the first time. Never heard of a fattie untill I read about it here.
