Hello All

  1. I have to admit I have used info on this site once in a while but figured it was now time I join.  I have lived all over the country but currently live in Missouri.  I have been grilling/smoking/baking on my Big Green Egg now for about 4yrs now.  Not much I haven't cooked on it, from full packers to crispy fried chicken and even baked cakes and cookies.  Looking to upgrade though, thinking about a good-one marshal.  well I Iook forward to learning from all here
