Hello everyone, my name is Keith and I have been lurking here for a little while now. I just purchased a Masterbuilt digital electric smoker yesterday from Lowes and as I'm typing this I am seasoning the smoker right now. Will be doing my first ham tomorrow to break it in. I have been using an ECB which I have used to do a couple batches of salmon as well as the Thanksgiving turkey this year and decided that the electric would be a bit easier for me.
