  1. Hey all, I've been smoking meats on my webber charcoal grill for the last 5 years or so. My wife recently got me a MasterBuilt smoker for father's day. So far I've smoked a brisket, a tri tip and some salmon.I'm just here to converse with others and work on perfecting my ability to smoke delicious foods.
