Hello all,

As in all forums i become envolved in..you never know how you are going to be taken in.
I made a couple of post and got good advise, thanks! feel like family already.... looking forward to the future.

As Night Stalker...i am a avid hunter, part time fisherman and general outdoorsman.
I am a mechanic by nature and have restored a 29 Model A own a 69 shelby conv and various farm tractors, construction equipment and impliments.
I was raised on a family farm with beef cattle, chickens, hogs etc.
We had a family butcher shop, that we processed our beef cattle as well over 300 deer a year.

I was raised on good home family meals and the food was just as important as the conversations we had as the family & friends sat around the kitchen table.

Years have passed but the value of good home cooked meals are still a part of our life.

Being an outdoorsman i like eat my game and this year i am going to be doing alot of Smoking and sausage making.

So i will be checking out the wild game and sausage post.
Love to cook with my dutch ovens and iron pans.

I picked Night Stalker since my new passion is hunting at night for Predators. (will not be using in my recipes)

Hope this helps with who i am....looking forward to picking your minds take care & God Bless..

RME
