First Smoke

  1. 10.5 hours into my first smoke, 4 - 5# butts for a housewarming party, dry rubbed and sitting at 240* spraying with apple cider every hour and a half or so. Any and all comments welcome...
  2. Looks good so far.


    Keep the door closed.

    Happy smoken.

  3. Stalled at 170* for almost 2 hours, so I wrapped to up the temp.
