I've been lurking and learning from this site for the last couple of months and love all the ideas and creativity.  My bought me an ECB last year for Christmas and I used it a bunch.  Tried the usual fair, ribs, butts, brisket, wings, even did cheese this fall.  Now I'm ready to move on from the ECB to perhaps an MES or building one myself.  Too cold for me now in Wisconsin to keep smoking for the next couple of months, so now I just have to keep stacking up recipes and ideas that you all provide.  And I have to get on the treadmill to work off all the extra ribs I ate this summer.

Thanks everyone for sharing your knowledge.

Dan

Thanks everyone for the warm welcomes.  My wife already thinks I'm nuts for the amount of time I spend on a meat smoking website.  I'm sure she'll understand when I start taking pictures to post and show what's cooking.  Qview, is definitely the best part though!
