Dinner...1st Chuckie!!

  1. Been seeing this all over the board, so I thought I would give it a go!
    Ready to foil @ 165*

    Came off @ 205...stored in cooler with a couple of towels for an hour or so..
    Ready to pull..

    Made some Au Jus with the juices...Melted some provolone on top..

    Dinner is served!!!

    All cooked on the Keg!!

    Very nice. I keep wanting to try that with some ri-tip, but haven't got around to it yet[​IMG]
