Hello SMF members!

I'm a new member originally from New York now living in New Jersey.

I've been a cooking and grilling enthusiast for about 14 years now....got the grilling itch from my dad although he isn't the best

I have a Weber 22.5" Kettle and a Weber Genesis 3-Burner propane grill, been using the kettle with some tweaks for smoking.  I'm a charcoal man by heart so the kettle get much more use.  I'm comfortable grilling but I got the smoking meat bite..and I'm ready to build a real smoker to produce quality BBQ!!!

I made a post for my first build here, a reverse flow smoker:

Any advice would be really appreciated!  I will post update pics as the build progresses.

Thank you in advance!
