Did I ever mention I LOVE ribs? Those ribs n taters looke deeeelicious. Not much of a slaw person but to me that just means i have room for more ribs!!!. Great lookin smoke. Thanks for sharing the Q-view. :)

If you get a chance, give that marinade a try. It wasn't too bad for store bought. :)

Krusher, are you using the dry cure or brine? The dry cure is more reliable, the brine comes out different every time...I do like to tweak the brine too, add different things to it.
