Beer Soaked Brats

    I soaked these brats in beer for a few hours and threw them on my old country pecos, smoked at 225 for about 2-3 hours, just ate them on a bun with spicy mustard

    Mustard, hold the kraut on mine. Sweet smoke ring, I bet they tasted great.
