Been looking through some old posts and ran across the beer can burgers. Looked pretty good so I made some today for lunch. Can't remember who'd made the post, but I made mine similar to theirs, with green peppers, onion, mushroom, pepper jack cheese, and hit them with a little sweet BBQ rub (260* for 1.5 hours).
Thought they were pretty good, so will be making them again, but trying some different ingredients next go 'round.
