Hello to All, I am Robert and I am new to BBQ smoking, just picked up a used Oklahoma Joe's smoker (older model that was made to last) that needs some work but know with a little work it will turn out some great meat.

I can grill with the best of them, but this is a new challenge and I am looking at mastering it, so any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hello Robert, welcome to SMF from East Texas
