I've been lurkin for a week or so and have picked up a lot of great info. I have been grilling ribs (over direct heat, not smokin) for about 15 years in a small local competition with 15-25 cooks and have rented a grill every year. Actually took peoples choice several years but only won the big daddy once. After reading a lot of the threads (especially ColeySmokinBBQ's threads and drawings) I was ready to build. Only problem is time and talent ! So now I am looking at buying a Lang model 60. I am trying to decide now if I need the deluxe warmer option or not. Thoughts???
