Another BB Pulled Pork with Slaw

    17 degrees outside this morning, so it is about time to fill the deep freeze with some Q!  This is about 15lbs of Boston Butt that will be pulled.  Used Jeff's rub overnight and spritzing hourly during the smoke.  Will be adding a coleslaw, Jeff's sauce, and SoFlaQuer's finishing sauce (trying for the first time).  Here are the early looks:

    About 7 hours in with an IT of 165:

    Here are the two off the smoker at 200, off to the cooler for an hour or so:

    Jeff's Q'sauce bottled on the left and  SoFlaQuer's finishing sauce on the right:

    Finished product an hour away!

    Wow!  Here are the final results:

    Plated view - pulled pork, Jeff's sauce,  SoFlaQuer's finishing sauce, and a homemade slaw!  Delicious!

    Thank you was cold but at least no snow.  Unfortunately, it looks like that is coming tonight.
