Only a small one @ 4.5LB but it took 12 hours...

Rubbed with Kansas City Rub and then into the fridge for 18 hours. Sprayed with Captain Morgan & Apple Juice.

Turned out great.

I honestly don't know why it took so long, seemed to have a couple of long plateau's. The last one didn't take anywhere near as long.

That looks good. Any leftovers? Captain Morgan's? Does it add a lot to the flavor? I have never used rum, whiskey when smoking, beer yes? Just wondering.
