2nd Butt Q-View

    Only a small one @ 4.5LB but it took 12 hours...

    Rubbed with Kansas City Rub and then into the fridge for 18 hours. Sprayed with Captain Morgan & Apple Juice.

    Turned out great.

    i did a 7 lb BB yesterday, took about 10 hours. what took so long?

    I honestly don't know why it took so long, seemed to have a couple of long plateau's. The last one didn't take anywhere near as long.

    Nice butt....my 8.5 lb butt took me about 14 hours to smoke yesterday, but it was well worth it.

    That looks good. Any leftovers? Captain Morgan's? Does it add a lot to the flavor? I have never used rum, whiskey when smoking, beer yes? Just wondering.
