Well, I might have overdone it with the garlic, as I tend to do, but I thought why not add some Rosemary, garlic, and italian herb blend to buckboard bacon? Bad pictures warning, didn't realize how badly that bag would glare!
Course now it'll be 2 weeks before I can smoke it, but it'll either taste good..or pure garlic..or awful..it smelled mostly of garlic!
