Not new to smoking (currently have a Traeger) but want something that will do more and allow me the satisfaction of being built myself. I just posted my idea in the wood smoking category and appreciate all thoughts/input.

Thus far, I am very please with the level of participation in this forum. I've been to some where the last post was in the Clinton era!
