This has been a great site. I started smoking birds about 25 years ago and fish about 15 years ago. I have had the opportunity to live in most of the US (some overseas) and have seen many techniques. I look forward to learning from you all!

Welcome neighbor, I am in Mayo, MD (Edgewater) just south of you. If you haven't found the bbq store on rte 2 yet you should check it out "The Grill Center" 2806 Solomon's Island Rd. . They have a good selection of rubs, marinades, accessory's and smokers.
