A quick note to say hello ya'll from a chilly and windy South Carolina. I'm retired and really enjoy the time I can devote to homesteading on my little 1 acre plot of reality. I work at making traditional German fresh and smoked meat using traditional German recipes for family, friends. And like a lot of others here, I brew my own beer, make my own wine, and put up my own groceries. I'm here to learn more about our craft and hopefully will be able to provide some usable support to the group. PROST!
