Did a little searching and finding little to no info ,on what I would call a glaze.prob not correct term.ive had jerky before with a bit of glaze or almost a thin type sauce on the outside.anyone ever try this. Going to be doing some beef sticks this weekend and trying to figure where to start.mayhe just take some marinade and spray the beef sticks on the last hour in? Any info would be appreciated

If no one comes up with something for your likings, you might just GOOGLE "beef jerky glaze".   Found lots of ideas.

You can brush on coatings of sauce while drying if you want. Not really sure it's needed though. It could slow the drying process.
