Might be time to start shopping for an additional freezer. Just need to find a room expander first!
I already have 4 freezers....LOL! With all the wild game and fish, plus all the smoked meats and such....it was necessary.

I rarely eat out at restaurants. Cook most meals and use stuff from the freezers.

pork ribs at my local costco is now around $2.50. it was $1.99 a few weeks ago. that bummed me out, but won't stop me from buying. i may reconsider if it ever gets over $3.

I would suspect corn will be up too. You can figger what eats corn.

I live in corn country...I haven't paid for corn in over a decade...neighbor's a farmer. :emoji_wink:

I went to Aldi's yesterday and bought their last 2 spare ribs (8.7# and 7.8#) for $.99/lb. After roaming around the store a bit I noticed 2 more were set out...but I left them there for the next guy.

My freezer is already well stocked with 5 pork butts at $.99/lb, ham at $.85/lb, 4 BB ribs and 2 St. Louis cut ribs.
