Well the title says it all. I have smoked quite a few ribs, briskets, and chickens, but this is my first for these three.
6am this morning the pulled pork went on 240 degrees w/ apple wood. The fatty went on at 10am to be done by about 1pm hopefully for lunch. ABT's will be goin on this afternoon for a snack!

Here is the pork butt at 10am with the fatty just going on. Fatty is filled with pizza sauce, mushrooms, pepperoni, onion, peppers, mozz cheese, and cheddar cheese.
