I don't know why, but pulled pork intimidates me.  Anyway, it's time to get past that.  Here's the pics at about 3 hours.  I also did a cheeseburger fatties and some brats.  Pics of the pork when it's finished.  Ya'll have a great weekend!

Looking great so far. Pork is a forgiving piece of meat, I'm sure it will come out awesome.

These guys are correct Pork Butt is forgiving. You will have to work at it to mess it up really bad. It will be great.

Thanks guys.  Apparently, I'm in a stall on both butts.  One is at about 160 and the other is at 145.  They've been there for a couple of hours now.  It's a long night for me.  :)

Just keep the temps steady and ride out the stall and you'll be fine tired but fine

That Fattie looks great and like Jerry said just hang in there the stall will finally end and the pork will be great

Now your fattie looks wonderful and I'm sure very tastey too. Now you butt takes along time to smoke and that way it's pretty hard to mess it up. Now as long as you let it go to the right temps you will have youself an great tasting hunk of meat there Carson.
