Hello folks,

I have graduated from the grill to the smoker!!!.  Last year I tried a COS and things went well but not as good as I thought they should have.  I have gotten alot info from this site and thank all of you for posting VERY useful hints and receipes.  I have since ordered a Smoke Vault 24 which I am very patiently waiting for (should be shipped any day now). 

I look forward to the help you folks are famous for here and some great BBQ.
