Did some pork chops today on the Horizon. Didn't do them low and slow, kept the temps right at 300 to 325ish. I must say they came out great.

 The rub was a store bought number. It was really tasty though.

Here we have one plated with a beet salad, home grown green onion, cukes soaked in fresh lemon juice and some black beans.
