Well people, I have been feeling pretty guilty about smoking and not posting. You all post so much great Qview I wasn't about to let another smoking go by without posting it. So here we go...
Here we have two small Pork loins all rubbed down.
A handfull of ABT's preped
And on the ECB they go...
I am smoking them at about 240 the loin will be taken to 158* and then wrapped to let stand, which should let the temp hit 165* The loin rub is 1 TSP cayenne pepper, 1 tbsp all spice, 1tbsp ground corriander seed, 4 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp paprika and ground black peppercorns and salt.
