Offset smoker on criags list for 50 bucks

Just got a bar-b-chef offset smoker no more than two weeks ago and I'm already eying another one. found this one on criaglist. don't know what brand but i was wondering if i should go for its a good and and if i should go for it if it is still available?

It's only $50, why not, if any thing you can use it as your mod guinea pig, for 50 bucks you get an extra smoker PDT_Armataz_01_34.gif

Unless it is completely rusted out (which it looks like it isn't from the pic but can't see in the bottom) I would go for it.

That looks to be a New Braunfels smoker Hondo or Black Diamond model. Maybe an older one and I think is the predecessor to Char Broils Silver Smoker model. Char Broil bought out New Braunfels. Those two models are no longer made and the one for sale is undoubtedly thicker steel than the smokers that the big box stores sell today. For $50 it is a no brainer IMHO and the mods are reasonably cheap and easy to do. I have a 4 year old Silver with the mods and it works great. This one on Craigs List will be as good if not better.
