Hi All!
Hope you are all enjoying this Palm Sunday smokin' sumpthin! I'm looking for some good tips on smokin' a 10 lb Angus Beef Sirloin tip roast for Easter. Any good ideas? I'm going to use Jeff's rub for the seasoning. Would brining help?
