Chuckie and a Butt

.....actually a Corn Beef Brisket also. It was a busy day with the neighbor pleading with me to smoke his CB Brisket. I am one of the Non-Fans of CB, but had never tried a smoked one. (Gonna have to get me my own next time. It was not half-bad. icon_cool.gif)
At any rate I also had planned for the wife and I, a nice Chuck and a 5.6 lb butt. Bad Byrons Butt Rub on the Butt and a modified Jeff's for the Chuck. Chuck ended up taking a little over 3 1/2 hours and the Butt around 6 1/2. Pulled them both. The chuck was very juicy, as you can tell. Forget to get photos of it pulled, we ate it up so fast. The butt was vacuumed packed and saved for another couple future dinners.

And one of the newest members of the family, "Brickle" says YUMMY!!

Looks like a good day around the smoker with some good eats as a reward PDT_Armataz_01_37.gif

Take it to atleast 210. Some types of chucks don't pull as easy as others. 210 seems to bring them all home.
