Hey yall. Im from Georgia and am fairlynew to smoking. I used to smoke ribs on a Weber kettle grill that I set up to heat indirectly. Hated that I could only fit at most 2 slabs of ribs so I just recently bought a Char griller offset. I leave for Army basic training in a month so Im trying to do as much smoking on this baby as I can before I leave.
