I cleaned my MES with oven cleaner. Do I need to reseason now? I never had to reseason my oven after I cleaned it.LOL. Thanks guys.

Most of us use the MES enough that we don't bother with cleaning the basic inside cabinet walls. However most clean the grates, water pan, drip pan thoroughly. We consider the build up in the cabinet seasoning, that adds to the flavor. Personally I take a damp hot rag and wipe up any excessive grease splatter or and I always wipe out the bottom under the drip pan.
