welll guys, this is a great tasting 'appetiser. if you make it i'm sure it will become a staple in your book of things to make when friends are over.
pretty easy to make,
take some pulled pork leftover from the last smoke
get a package of egg rolls from the chinese store
put some pulled pork, fried onions, bbq sauce and roll up like an egg roll
use some egg wash on the end to get a good seal

you can freeze em and use as you want in the deep frier
get some BUTTERMILK RANCH dressing for the dipping sauce

try these and you will be a happy camper guaranteed!!!!!! if we could taste the entries i know this would win

Thank you for posting the method. I will be making some of these tomorrow with left over pulled pork.

Thanks for the points bbally, one of the best things about this is you could make up dozens of em and throw em in the freezer, then just pull a few out and toss em in the deep fryer, very easy and awesome tasting.

what do you think, would it have been better to post pics of the full roll or as i did sliced in half?

For my money, sliced as you did. OR maybe one sliced, one left whole.

My wife says I don't have very much presentation savvy.

another great appy........i liked the fact that you sliced it.

Now that one going in my book of tricks really soon to. I like the make ahead part to.

Next thing you will see some pulled pork sushi rolls.

For our qview, definitely sliced is better, or one sliced and one not like someone suggested. For presentation to your guests, I'd say not sliced assuming you made enough of them.

What's leftover pulled pork?

thanks alot for all the comments and the points, i'd like to hear from someone who has made em and get thier thoughts
