As a smoke eater (and I see there are many here) I figured time to be a meat smoker...

I have dabbled a bit with my Brinkman but mostly just grill. But after watching Pitmasters, decided to step up my game.

Here is my how to video on bacon explosion and hope to video many of my smoking exploits.

I look forward to learning and have already signed up for the 5 day.

I am looking to upgrade to the Weber Bullet and see were it goes from there.

Howdy from severna park.....Been using a WSM for 10 years at least among others......WELCOME!!!!!

Almost getting enough local folks for me to host a smoke gathering!!!!

Were close. I am actually in Arnold. I set my location for Annapolis because most people know were that is.

Thanks and good eye. Sweet Baby Ray it is!

By reference to smoke eater, I was referring to being the Fire Department. I can't find my FD avatar but will change once I find it.

Hmm, I thought I replied but did not see it.

I am actually in Arnold. I use Annapolis as most people know were that it is. So ALX, we are practically neighbors.

Etcher1 - thanks for the feeback. And yes, Sweet Baby Ray's it is.

An explanation of the smoke eater has more to do with being the Fire Departmental than eating smoked food. Note my screen name.
