The best thing you can do is keep a detailed log on every smoke you do, even if you've done that item 3 or 4 times, the more you log it the more you have to do averages, hi/lo's, etc. with.
There are some on here or even just a spiral notebook, a pen and a big roll of paper towels (to keep the book and pages clean from your hands! lol!) will do the trick nicely. The more you document the less you have to trust my most failing attribute.. my memory (I had a memory once but forgot what I did with the dang thing!).
