1.39/lb here in Stillwater. They are the previously frozen vacuum pack ones, still a little frosty.

They look kinda fatty... I have had bad luck with walmart Tyson ribs being so fatty your hands are covered in that orange greasy oil while you eat.

What kind of fat am I looking for on a good set of spares? Am I just cooking them wrong to get this grease like that? I picture would be great on what to look for.

How many should I buy? Thanks everyone!
