Hey everyone. Here are the results of my smoke today. Did a rack of spares, ABTs and decided to throw a chuck on there. Spares came out tender and juicy, a little pull from the bone and melted like butter. ABTs were a bit hot and pissed the wife off but come on, they're supposed to be a bit warm. Funny to see someone get a hot one, but I thought I got all the ribs/seeds out.
Chuck will be used for bbq sammys and shredded beef burritos. That guy is chilling right now, taking a rest before I get after it. A good day and better now that I have my drink in hand ready to watch the Saint and Cowboys. Oh, smoked at 225-240 w/ Pecan, no foil on the ribs.
