I just want to thank everyone for sharing there knowledge!

So i was inspired to make some bacon, wanted to for a while but finnaly after reading tons on here I figured whats the worse that can happen?

So last week i got 6 lbs of pork belly's and made up a mixture of LEM cure, Maple sugar, fresh ground pepper.

This is them after washing and drying. Put pepper on the one to make some pepper bacon.
