Just closed the lid on my first attempt with a Boston Butt - the ecb is behaving nicely. The mods worked like a charm and the temperature is holding at a steady 225. Another couple is joining us tonight to help eat it. This is the recipe I used, pretty much from the start. Being new at this, the temptation to lift the lid is incredibly high. I have high expectations for this.
