Green salsa

Got 2 five gallon buckets full of green tomatoes and was given an assortment of peppers before the freeze. Googled and got the recipe of of the net.

one batch down
going to wait a week and see how they turn out.

Looks great!
Anything with garden tomatoes (I'm in Jersey, the Garden State-but don't count North Jersey in that icon_wink.gif)
Salsa looks great and the veggies, late in the season especially look good.
All my maters are ripped out and composting now and the only thing left are me pepper plants.
Be sure to keep us updated on how well it comes out.
