Pulled Pork Chilli (Queu View)

Well after my meat grinder disappointment today I decided to make a batch of chilli with some pulled pork, pork loin form the freezer. I dont really measuer anything when I make chilli so i cant really give a recipe but i will list everything I put into it.
  1. 2 pounds Pulled Pork
  2. 2 pounds pork loin in my BBQ sauce
  3. 1 pond ground chuck
  4. Garlic Powder
  5. Fresh garlic
  6. Onion Powder
  7. Fresh Onions
  8. Chilli Powder
  9. Cummin
  10. Mustard
  11. Tony's season salt
  12. pepper
  13. Paprika
  14. Kidney Beans
  15. Chicken Boullion cubes
  16. Home canned tomatoes
  17. Can tomatoes and green chilis
  18. Pace Picante sauce
Everyone liked it. Even the misses ate some and she is no chilli fan by any means. Here's the pics.......

I love chili with pulled pork or beef. The pulled pork chili is probably good with flour tortillas or as a tamale filling. I love the Qview, you took some really nice shots that are well focused. Points to you!!! points.gif

Thanks for the compliments...People are always asking about freezing pulledpork etc. I freeze a bunch and use it for stuff like this, Dudes pizza a while back is another good idea. My fav is BBQ spaghetti. I heard about it in memphis and I made it at home and loved it but the misses hates it..

Great looking chili. Must be a big batch, 4 pounds of pork and 1 pound of beef. Wow, that's a lot of meat.

Got a shindig for Holoween this weekend and plan on taking it and smoking some ribs and no telling what else....
