i noticed some of the recipe in this forum calls for sugar in the raw or turbinado. i work in the factory that produces this product. Hawaiian commercial and sugar
 
Ok you work there and what is the reason for this thread please. I have used raw sugar in rubs and some marinades. I'm curious of what makes this sugar so special.
