Hey Ya'll..
I've been Qing for about 15 years now and thought I new my Sh*t ...but let me tell ya.. some of you guys are amazing!!! I've picked up some really good tips here.
I've got a Pitts&Spitts US24X36 and a Pitts&Spitts U18X30 and a pretty sweet outdoor kitchen. (picked up the U18x30 at the Hold em and hitem cook off charity auction here in Hou. didnt place though dang it)
Qing a 15lb Brisky today i'll see if I can get my more computer savvy bro to post up some pics.(I suck at the intrawebs LOL)

Welcome to the site, even the most experienced smokers on here still learn new things every now and then.

Your right about the learn'n. Its great to have this much knowledge in one friendly package. I wish this was around when I first started Qing.

First off welcome Butthead to SMF. You'll like it here cause there are abunch of good folks here that would just love to help you out with just about anything to do with smoking. We really like to have newbies here because they can bring in a new propective to how things are done. There's nothing like a new set of eyes to give and new way to make things that little differant to make things alittle better. So I hope you know about the Qview here.

It's also free and it will give you the basics of smoking. So after all of that you just need to go grab something to smoke and if you have any question just post them here and we will answer it quickly so you don't have any mishaps with your smoke.
