Ron I want you to go get a great big Rib Eye and cure it for about 4 hours and then slather it up with a good amount of Yodshida's and throw it on a hot grill sear it for about 2 minutes per side then throw into the smoker and let it rib after you do that I wan you to slide up to the table and say ok Mark this one for ME.
Ron I was gonna send ya something for your birthday but customs wouldn't let smoked saltines across the border. You will have to smoke your own again this year. PS when the probe says 165f their ready to be foiled.
