If you want a sweet smoky flavor and tender juicy chops go with some fruit wood and the smoker at 200 - 220. If you don't want to take that long grill em. In that case I usually use a pork rub that doesn't have sugar in it and grill away. Sometimes, when grilling or smoking, I'll sauce em with the Sweet BBQ/Wild Turkey combo shortly before they're ready to come off.
