Good morning everyone.....yes it's 4:30am yes, it's dark out but thats why we do it the way we do. Thank you to all of those who have sacrificed everything you have, so we as americans can do what we do, this smoke's for you!!!!!!.......more Qview to follow
 
Greetings from FL. Yep, I was up and at the smoker at 5am. 20 lbs of butts on. Trying to get the wife to take pics for me, if I get them I'll post them.

I thank you all who have served!!!!
 
Man, what did i say?????? you could tell it was wayyyyy to early to be typing anything intelligent.....LOL
 
I hear you on that one. I was up at 4 and just kind of wandered around for five minutes trying to remember where everything was. Torch, Charcoal, Thermos, etc. etc...
 
Looks good so far. It's been raining here for three days, so no smoke for me. I will, however, make six loaves of sourdough bread this morning.

This is the first time using jeff's rub and sauce.....while making them both it was very hard to stop lickin the spoon!!!!!
