Hello All,

I'm new here and hope to learn a lot. I signed up for the 5 step course and took a chance on the great offer for the recipes. Can't wait to get em. I really do hope that they are as good as you say they are because money is tight with me, but I would like to have the edge on the competition. Well I'm not really competing with anybody but would like to impress my friends and family. I currently do not have a smoker, but I have an old gas grill that Jeff said could be used with a little modification, until I can get one.
