Hello all...I've been BBQing as far as i can remember. When I was a kid I use to watch my father grill steaks, chicken all the time outside. I recently (5 years ago) got into smoking foods and loved the flavor. I have entered a few contests and loved the competition, I just wish I could enter more but can't due to my job. I recently attended a KCBS judges class and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who enters competitions. I've learned alot but I know I have so much more to learn...
