just checking in. I am a newbie and still have to get a smoker. This site is quite helpful and great to know I am not the only one that loves to eat!!!

spend 30$ and get yourself an ECB and get started. then you can at least eat good while you're saving up for a bigger, better one!

but then again, you might decide that that little ECB does pretty good and you DON'T need a bigger, better one!
